CONSTRUCTION & WORKPLACE RELATIONS LAWYERS
We work with contracting businesses who have problems with developers, builders, employees and unions. What we do is practise in the field of Construction and Workplace Relations law. This means we do our work more efficiently and effectively and unlike other lawyers we have access to industry experts that hold positions of technical, safety, training and other experts.
The complex nature of construction law and the strict time limits that may apply means acting swiftly could mean the difference in winning or losing your claim.

Engaged NECA Legal for some company training at our office. The response from those who attended was overwhelmingly positive. The course was well structured and tailored to our needs.
Thanks heaps. You guys are awesome!
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for assistance with recovering money from a Melbourne based builder who ‘simply’ chose not to pay us for a job we completed at Westfield Belconnen ACT.
Everyone from that I dealt with was amazingly helpful and guided me throughout the process. Of course… it helps that the outcome was successful and we recovered all monies – but I’m positive in saying that this wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t have your help.
Thank you again!
On behalf of Network Electrical Services, we would like sincerely thank you for an outstanding job on our very successful adjudication process.
We cannot say enough in relation to the professionalism, accuracy, speed and enthusiasm Stafford and the team have shown, particularly with the short time frames that we have had to work with.
We look forward to working together again on our next adventure.
Great work Guys thanks again.
This is the first time we have use your team l for this type of service and I’m impressed I didn’t think we would get paid.
I recently had a customer who refused to pay the final $800 on his bill. I had made the mistake of not having a contract & also underestimating the cost to finish the job in an email to my customer. Because of this, I thought I didn’t stand a chance, but after a letter from NECA Legal asking to compromise at $400 for the final payment, my customer paid the $400. I am a small business, only working alone, so I only use a small portion of CTI services, but I was more than satisfied with the result and believe it’s definitely worthwhile being a member, even for a sole trader like myself.’
