She is well-versed in both employer and employee side employment issues, as well as discrimination, workers’ compensation, general protections and unfair dismissals, contracts and terminations, and occupational discipline.
Hilary has worked at Crown Law, Holding Redlich, Hall Payne Lawyers, and Maurice Blackburn. She has a thorough understanding of legal issues, policy, and procedure in a range of environments and is skilled in providing advice to clients that is both accessible and practical.
Hilary has tertiary qualifications in law, political science and international relations, and music. In addition to practising law, Hilary is involved in supporting and advocating for families home educating their children.
